You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items – If the delivered items are damaged, defective, or differ from what you ordered.
Non-Delivery of Items – If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part.
Product Does Not Match Website Description – If the product received differs in size, color, model, or specifications.
Missing Accessories – If any listed accessories are missing.
Incomplete or Duplicate Product – If you receive an incomplete or duplicate item.
Fake or Counterfeit Products – If the product is found to be fake or not as described.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Verification – Our team will review the claim and may request additional details.
Approval & Refund – Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
Online Payments: 7-10 business days.
Store Credit: 2-3 business days.
Perishable items (e.g., fresh groceries) are only eligible if defective/damaged.
Replacements/Exchanges follow the seller’s return policy.
Cancellation Before Trip Start: Full or partial refund (based on cancellation policy at the time of booking).
No-Show or Late Cancellation: No refund if the rental is not canceled within the stipulated time.
Trip Completion: No refunds will be issued once the rental trip is completed.
Early Returns: No refunds for unused rental days.
Once the car rental trip is completed, the payment is final and non-refundable.
If the customer fails to return the car on time or violates rental terms, no refund applies.
Changes to bookings (dates, vehicle type) may be allowed subject to availability and fees.
Refund requests must be made within the specified time limits.
Products must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).
