Mallovo Mart Refund Policy (Updated)

At Mallovo Mart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below is our comprehensive refund policy covering both product purchases and car rentals.


1. Product Purchase Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items – If the delivered items are damaged, defective, or differ from what you ordered.

  • Non-Delivery of Items – If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part.

  • Product Does Not Match Website Description – If the product received differs in size, color, model, or specifications.

  • Missing Accessories – If any listed accessories are missing.

  • Incomplete or Duplicate Product – If you receive an incomplete or duplicate item.

  • Fake or Counterfeit Products – If the product is found to be fake or not as described.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request – Contact support via [email protected] or the Mallovo Mart app with order details and proof (photos/videos).

  2. Verification – Our team will review the claim and may request additional details.

  3. Approval & Refund – Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

Refund Timelines

  • Online Payments: 7-10 business days.

  • Store Credit: 2-3 business days.

Exceptions

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh groceries) are only eligible if defective/damaged.

  • Replacements/Exchanges follow the seller’s return policy.


2. Car Rental Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Trip Start: Full or partial refund (based on cancellation policy at the time of booking).

  • No-Show or Late Cancellation: No refund if the rental is not canceled within the stipulated time.

  • Trip Completion: No refunds will be issued once the rental trip is completed.

  • Early Returns: No refunds for unused rental days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once the car rental trip is completed, the payment is final and non-refundable.

  • If the customer fails to return the car on time or violates rental terms, no refund applies.

Modification Policy

  • Changes to bookings (dates, vehicle type) may be allowed subject to availability and fees.


General Terms

  • Refund requests must be made within the specified time limits.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).

  • For car rentals, refunds are only applicable before the trip starts.
