You can cancel your order anytime before it is handed over for delivery.
Full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cancellation is not allowed once the order is dispatched.
If you reject the delivery, you will still receive a full refund.
If the order is accepted but later found defective/damaged, a refund will be processed under our Refund Policy.
We may cancel orders due to:
Out-of-stock items → Full refund.
Invalid/incomplete details → Full refund.
Operational issues (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) → Full refund.
Via Mallovo Mart App/Website:
Go to "My Orders" → Select order → Cancel.
Via Customer Support:

Online Payments: 7-10 business days.
Store Credit: 2-3 business days.
Perishable items (e.g., fresh groceries) are non-refundable unless defective.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before Pickup):
Full refund (if paid in advance).
Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Pickup):
Partial refund (subject to a cancellation fee).
No-Show (Failure to Pick Up the Car):
No refund will be issued.
No refunds for early returns or unused rental days.
No cancellations allowed once the trip begins.
We may cancel a rental due to:
Vehicle unavailability → Full refund.
Suspected fraud or policy violation → No refund.
Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) → Full refund.
Changes to pickup time, date, or vehicle type may be allowed (subject to availability and fees).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
No refunds once the trip is completed.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method unless store credit is chosen.
