At Mallovo Mart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping and rental experience. Below are our cancellation and refund policies for both product orders and car rentals.
1. Product Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Order Handover to Delivery Executive:

You can cancel your order anytime before it is handed over for delivery.

Full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Order Handover to Delivery Executive:

Cancellation is not allowed once the order is dispatched.

If you reject the delivery, you will still receive a full refund.

If the order is accepted but later found defective/damaged, a refund will be processed under our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation by Mallovo Mart
We may cancel orders due to:

Out-of-stock items → Full refund.

Invalid/incomplete details → Full refund.

Operational issues (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) → Full refund.
How to Cancel?

Perishable items (e.g., fresh groceries) are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Car Rental Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Before Rental Start:

Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before Pickup):

Full refund (if paid in advance).

Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Pickup):

Partial refund (subject to a cancellation fee).

No-Show (Failure to Pick Up the Car):

No refund will be issued.

After Rental Starts (Trip in Progress):

No refunds for early returns or unused rental days.

No cancellations allowed once the trip begins.
Cancellation by Mallovo Mart
We may cancel a rental due to:

Vehicle unavailability → Full refund.

Suspected fraud or policy violation → No refund.

Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) → Full refund.
Modification Policy

Changes to pickup time, date, or vehicle type may be allowed (subject to availability and fees).
Refund Process for Car Rentals

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

No refunds once the trip is completed.
General Terms
